Great ride
Pros: Light weight, great handling. For me, the Aksium wheels are fine, if you're racing you'll probably want to shed some weight. This bike is super fun to ride, nice and snappy when climbing and tracks like it's on rails on the descents. I really love everything (I'm even good with the saddle which was a suprise) about it except the cranks/BB. Well, you'll want to step it up in the tire department too, but that's pretty much a given for an off-the-peg bike.
Cons: I am now sold on compact cranks, but not sold on the FSA cranks/BB. The BB has developed quite a tick under heavy load after a wet ride. The outside rings are pretty flimsy and appear to be deformed so there isn't a good seal down there.
Comments: I'm writing this review mainly to say that this is NOT a carbon frame (as it is listed above), it is aluminum. The fork (including the steerer) and seatpost are carbon but the frame is "SmartFormed 6069 Alloy" aluminum.
