Good bike for the price
Pros:
Price Good looking bike Cross over appeal (Not quite a full on MTB but more off-road capable than a cross bike) Smooth drivetrain Solid components
Cons:
The only cons are that this isn't a full on MTB and it's advertised as such. However, experienced MTB rider would be able to see it.
Comments:
The Talus 2.0 is a great bike for those looking to get a bike that is much higher quality than department store bikes but doesn't want to shell out $500+. However, while it is sold as a MTB it is really made for light off-road trails and bike paths. This isn't the MTB you want if you are looking for something to pound on at your local MTB trails. I can handle some of the beginner friendly MTB trails but not the gnarly stuff.
